Energy information for Kansas.

Dear KEIN users,

The Kansas Energy Information Network will cease to be updated effective May 4, 2007 until further notice.  KEIN lost its funding after June 30, 2006 and while I was able to update the web-site regularly since then, I will no longer be able to do so. While much of the links will continue to work, there will eventually be issues with dead links. Thank you for your interest in energy.
